Who to Call?
While the POA is happy to assist with any issue that residents have, often, it is faster and more efficient to contact the City of Goose Creek Police Department directly for specific concerns. We have listed some examples below of frequent calls/concerns that are best responded to by the City of Goose Creek Police Department by calling their non-emergency line (843) 572-4300.

Examples include but are not limited to:

  • Questionable parking violations – cars parked on the wrong side of the street, facing the wrong way, blocking a driveway/mailbox, broken down vehicles, parking for an extended time, etc.
  • Solicitation.
  • Suspicious situations that cause you to feel unsafe.
  • Speeding vehicles.
  • Pet incidents/attacks.
  • Property damage/theft – consists of personal property such as cars, mailboxes, homes, bikes, etc.
  • Noise – loud and unnecessary noises or amplified sounds after 11 pm and before 7 am. Please let us know about these, but the police are the contact points if this occurs outside of POA office hours.

If you are ever unsure if your situation warrants a call to the non-emergency police dispatcher, please feel free to call the POA office at (843) 970-3417, and we would be more than happy to help you.
